Leslie is still Married to Mickey
Defendant has physically abused me
Defendant has threatened me and I fear for my physical safety

"Broke Down BedRoom Locked Door and Beat me up. 
Also currently threatening me via voice mail and phone
that he will take  drastic measures if I don't do what he thinks I should Do. 
Sold my Car.  Left me a truck w/ no Brakes says "be careful"
took out a $100,000.00 Life Insurance Policy on me forged my signature -
cancelled all other Insurance but the Life Ins."  
"the above incidences occurred recently and since December of last year."

"we have been to 3 marriage counselors + 1 financial councilors to No Avail
Not Sell Business's (4) Assets as he has alReady
Begun to Do w/o my knowledge or consent

My husband has a permit to carry concieled weapon.
He also has a Long Range Rifle w scope + Lives with Stacy Lynn Ronam
- who was Released from Prison for Dealing Meth.

Other request:  That he be disarmed of his right to
carry concieled (sic) weapons or firearms

"Defendant came to my place of work took my keys - Refused to
Return them in Public + to the police last night at the ball park.
A friend took me to my truck to retrieve my water tank - my husband
came and he beat me around on my lower arms, threatened
to cut my power off, has shut off my cell phone  threatened me verbally
that "I am really in for it now!"
 

Previously, About on June 7/2012 I filed a Protective Order
Because Previously he Broke down my locked Bedroom Door + beat me
about the head and Arms - I dropped the order because of
his cohercion and threats to cut my power, phones, insurance
all off.
