Mickey Elston's History of False Allegations
against Shaddock
including a bogus accusation of "Trespassing"
Mickey should be charged with Iowa Code 718.6 - Making a False Report to
Police
falsely accusing Frederick Shaddock to obtain a Warning for
allegedly at 2619 Osage Avenue, just a field with no house, on
Tuesday August 31, 2010 at 10:15 am
when Shaddock was teaching a computer class 1000 miles away in Washington DC
Mickey's house is on Jackson Avenue. Why would he or
Shaddock go to this empty field?
Shaddock did not know, at the time, that Mickey owned that property. He
did not even drive by.
Lt. Harvey/Kinsella delivered the following warning No. 011252 to Shaddock's 806 N 4th Street
Address.
Shaddock was 1000 miles away at his Washington DC condo on N Street.
Mickey requested this warning by going to the Law Center and
making a false statement
to Police Officers, alleging Shaddock was out standing in his field at 2619
Osage Avenue.
Elston gave no logical reason, motivation, evidence, nor witness of this alleged
"trespassing".

Is what Mickey alleges logical, or even physically possible?
Shaddock taught a computer class, June 30 through September 1,
2010 Wednesdays from 5:30 - 9:30 pm
at GraduateSchool.Edu. DC National Airport's final flight is 9:00 pm.
Shaddock would need to tell his wife:
"Dear, I need to fly to Fairfield to stand in Mickey Elston's field, the
day before my students' final exam.
Then I will
fly right back here to DC, getting tired, wasting time that could be used for
class preparation,
and jeopardizing my job at the US Government's major training center, while costing us
a total of $600."
Shaddock would need to fly from DCA to CID at 5:30
am, through Chicago's ORD for about $200.
Then he would need a ride from CID to Fairfield for $100 to arrive by noon.
Same for the reverse trip.
If Shaddock was trespassing on Mickey's field on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at
10:50 am, he would
need a ride Tuesday afternoon to Cedar Rapids Airport for $100, then fly back to
DC for another $200.
Shaddock had other work in Washington DC at the time, such as
CTI Inc, and witnesses are available.
He was approaching the final day of the MCDST class, September 1, when students
need attention most
for the final exam. Shaddock needed to finish strong, to get good Teacher Evaluations from the
students.
Even if Shaddock could afford a private jet, the round trip would be tiring, and
time consuming, for no benefit.
Attendance Roster and Grade for 4 students signed by
Instructor Shaddock on 9/1/2010
Graduate School pay check 280994 for $1350 for course 6/30-9/1/10
Shaddock's Fairfield house was full, rented to 5 lady Maharishi
University summer students
during the "Invincible America Course",
as the Delta Nu Zeta sorority, using all the bed rooms at
806 North 4th Street,
Fairfield.
So Frederick Shaddock could not
stay there in August.
Shaddock was staying with his wife in August 2010 in DC at
Harbour-Square.com
for the duration of the course he was teaching at the nearby
GraduateSchool.edu
Mickey has a history of malicious false accusations against Shaddock
misusing Jefferson County Law Enforcement services for personal gain
in an attempt to stop him from talking about Mickey's
64 cases as a Defendant on
www.IowaCourts.gov
including 30 Small Claims Court Judgments and
2 Petitions for Police Protection from his late wife Leslie Lane
Mickey should be arrested for making False
Statements to Police
which is a
Serious Misdemeanor under 718.6.
