THE 10-17 ADVISED THAT AS HE WAS WALKING UP TO THE COURTHOUSE FOR A CIVIL
HEARING AGAINST MICKEY ELSTON, THAT ELSTON ADVISED HIM TO LEAVE HIM ALONE
WHILE HE IS STILL ALIVE. HE ADVISED THAT TWO FEMALE SUBJECTS FROM THE AUTO
DEPARTMENT WITNESSED THE ALTERCATION, BUT WHEN I WENT IN THER THEY BOTH
DENIED HEARING ANYTHING BUT "YOUR ALIVE". ELSTON ADIVSED THAT HE DID STAY
THAT BUT WS NOT INTENDED AS A THREAT. HE ADVISED THAT HE TOLD THE 10-17 TO
LEAVE HIM THE HELL ALONE AS LONG AS HE IS ALIVE. TOOK STATEMENT FROM BOTH
PARTIES AS WELL AS A CELL PHONE PICTURE THAT THE 10-17 HAD TAKEN OF ELSTON
OUT IN FRONT OF THE COURTHOUSE. WILL FORWARD ALL TO CA TO REVIEW FOR
